2nd photo is not of the coin you will be getting the 2nd photo is just there to show what the back looks like no the condition the condition is different but in fine condition the first photo is of the coin you will be getting, also it's a 1955-s. The reason I put weeks is because someone let neutral feedback saying it took to long for shipping, which for them it took 7 days which was a week, and I always ship next day after I get address, so that's why I put it on all my auctions that it will take 3 to 4 weeks that way no one can say it took to long for shipping, but you'll probably get it way sooner than 3 or 4 weeks.
