I ship 1st class if the item is under 13 oz. I have 7 days to ship after the auction ends. To keep shipping costs low, I ship cheap, which means it might take up to 10 days to reach you AFTER I've sent it, so PLEASE be patient. I package your items with care so that they don't get damaged. But I have no control over how the USPS handles the package after it leaves my hands. So far I have not had any complaints...pheww! :) If you have any issues with your item/s PLEASE contact me 1st before filing a dispute so we can work it out. I always try my hardest to follow all of Listia's policies regarding shipping time, but sometimes life happens. If for some reason beyond my control your item does not get shipped within the 7 days, it is of course your right & you are welcome to ask for a refund for your credits. I have only had this happen one time & the buyer & I worked it out & they were satisfied. I really love my customers.
