World War II - issued 7-3-1942, as an advertiser ink blotter for Grange Mutual Casualty Co., Columbus OH

Insignias of rank, branch, corps, grade, etc. Color graphics are clean and rich. No rips or tears, some light handling. Reverse, blotter side, does have some ink splotches as seen in the picture, but nothing detracting from it. Really a neat WWII collectable!!
