Batteries included. just turn on the switch in back, set him on a flat surface and push him down to bend his legs for bouncing...he says, "I'm gonna bounce." then bounces....when he stops he says, "Bouncing's what tiggers do best." Clean toy. no rips or stains. my kids are just too old for him and i cant see my baby nieces anymore so i want someone's little one to have him. I am doing free shipping and it does have some weight to it so i will not lower the starting bid, sorry. Also i will not do a GIN so everyone has a chance and I will not lower days.
