There is no tracking number and I will ask the postal pp to sign and mail you another letter that I ship it to you..
There are problem for Thailand and Canada because it gets lost and no way to find out..Real sorry but, I am calling the Main Post Master to change the Practice so the stamps collectors can enjoy trading..

I sold the old one out and have only new on after 1970..till 2013. I do give 10-20 extra..and if I have international stamps or American stamps..

You have to tell me where and town then I can check with the post office..
When i mail I have to make sure it reach you with tracking number..priority mail or first class with insurance..you have to pick up the expense..i will not charge extra..I am not in a business of making money off the fee for shipping..thanks..
