The listing, Lightly used HTC Aria cell phone, mint, complete in original box has ended.

Lightly used HTC Aria cell phone for use on AT&T, but I've been told it can be unlocked easily for use on other networks. Pls verify if that's important to you.

Comes complete with original charger, manuals, good battery, original box, and everything else in the pictures. Excellent condition, no significant scratches.

From non-smoking house and no pets.

My username is in the picture to show that I have it in my possession. =)

This phone was bought brand new by me so I know that it's been only on one carrier with one phone number. The phone has a "clean" serial number/EISN or whatever they call it. One owner, one phone number in the past.

You can get a SIM card from Straight Talk and use it as a pay per month with no contract. That's what I did with my I Phone. I have unlimited everything for $45.00 a month and no contract.

By a sim card, I thought they meant for memory expansion for music and pictures. But you're right AT&T does use Sim cards for the Phone account stuff so this Phone does have that. Thanks for helping clarify that.
