well.. just like the title sais...
it is round. it is sculpted..maybe... handpainted?
i found it at a yardsale... couldn't pass it up...
after staring at it for a year and asking some friends..
i gave up trying to find out what it is.. or what it is for.

perhaps.. i will find my answer on here;) with the happy new owner.
