Gosh need these bad Drs suggested my daughter use Desitin around my grandsons g-tube on the skin under the 2X2 and they are using these in the hospital right now don't have credits for this one wonder if I call the company if they can help they don't want her using a tube since it needs to be as sterile as possible this is all new to us and preparing for him to come home my nerves are shot but he's been in the Hospital since Sept. its time too many Holidays spent in there....any advice of where to buy them etc plz message me....Best of Luck..

Awe I'm sorry to hear that :( hes a tough cookie!! you can always try visiting the desitin website, I'm sure there is a way to contact them if not maybe request samples or coupons.. I got these from my sons pediatrician.. Maybe your grandsons dr can request these for him?? I know they sell desitin at walmart etc..

I can get the tubes but when they came in the room with a huge Hospital bag of items to show us how to use things I thought it was a take home kit it wasn't they didn't even give us a print out&they failed to tell us to take notes of what all we would use&how to make things easier for us they explain everything&tell us don't use tubes due to contaimaination they show you the size funnels, Rubbermaid pitcher that mixes&pours a certain way easy into the sm opening on the TV feeding bag etc but have no clue where to tell us to buy the things since they have all Hospital items they use we can't buy for home use so the kit they came in with were the things we needed to buy easier said than done with me in a wheelchair&then they transferred him to a different hospital where they are now&things are being done different there like thing they showed us didn't have half of what we need a simple print out could make families that are going through things like this would be so simple for them to type up once&make copies&if things change just change the Document a Feeding/G-tube is no easy process then add in the surgery going bad Dec 26th when they did the first one forgive my typing my laptop had 9 broken keys so I must cut&paste alot my grandson is just 2 but being deaf&mentally being 3 to 5 mts it's hard since he has seizures&cerebral palsy a simple surgery has turned into 4 major ones&with me on a kidney transplant list I couldn't go with her when they transferred him to a Hospital in S. FL I can't go more than one hour away from my Hospital its been a long process with him in the hospital since Sept he just had his 5th surgery Monday I'm just ready for them to come home but want to have what we need to care for him when they arrive,Thanks for the hint will talk with his peds Dr she hasn't seen him in so long but she is being updated being born with Congenital CMV has been hard.
