This is a very nice brown leather(looks and feels like real leather) could be wrong, but feels like it!!! It is 10by8inch w/ a side zipper down side length of backpack and a front pouch zipper, drawstring closure and push click lock closure also!!! Adjustable double strap but can be worn as purse. There is no stains no rips, very cute backpack as a gift or yourself!!! For days u just want to carry light!!! But it is roomy!!
